Joining the team as a freelancer means that I had the opportunity to work across almost all of The&Partnerships clients - a fantastic opportunity as a designer looking to learn, grow and experience as much as possible whilst in the earlier stages of their career.
An incredibly busy 7 months in 2023, working full-time (freelance) within the agency, and absorbing as much as I could from the talented team within the design studio - an invaluable experience.
Throughout 2024, I have been partially booked by T&Pm, continuing to lend a helping hand when needed, yet exploring other exciting freelance opportunities when not.
